It's All Going To Be Ok

As we head towards the end of the year and a rare Star of Bethlehem forms in the sky, it seems timely to pen a note about what this all signifies.

It is time for us all to come together in love, acceptance, compassion and grace for ourselves and each other, for all living things, for the Earth itself. We only have one planet and to make sure it survives and we survive with it, we must honor and cherish it, and all of its inhabitants. We ALL have a right to be here and the time has come for us all to unite in love and peace and harmony.

Remember this Christmas to count your blessings. There are always so many of these if you just look around you. Take your mind off any stress in your life, give yourself a break from the negative news and celebrate your nearest and dearest, whether they are with you physically, or you are in touch via a phone /zoom chat.

If we spread more love and kindness, together we can change the world.
